El Ferdaous Center (“we”) takes the protection of your personal data seriously. This page explains what data we collect on elferdaouscenter.com, why, and how to exercise your rights, in line with Moroccan law no. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.

2. Data we collect
When you fill in a form (trial lesson, contact), we collect:
- your name and phone number (WhatsApp);
- your email, if you give it;
- the course, level, format and time slot you are interested in;
- the message you write to us.
We never ask for sensitive data or bank details through the website.
3. Why we use it
- to contact you to arrange your trial lesson or answer your question;
- to recommend a programme and enrol you, if you wish;
- to measure website traffic and the effectiveness of our ads (see “Cookies”).
This processing is based on your consent, given by ticking the box on the form.
4. Who receives it
Your data is reserved for the El Ferdaous Center team. It is never sold or rented. It may be processed by our technical providers (website hosting, email) only to run the service.
5. How long we keep it
Requests that do not lead to enrolment are kept for up to 12 months after the last exchange. Data of enrolled students is kept for the duration of the lessons, then as long as our legal obligations require.
6. Cookies and analytics
The website may use Google Analytics (traffic measurement) and the Meta pixel (measurement of Facebook and Instagram ads). These tools set cookies that collect technical information (pages viewed, device, source). You can refuse or delete them at any time in your browser settings.
7. Your rights
Under law 09-08, you have the right to access, correct and object to the processing of your data. To exercise it, write to us at contact@elferdaouscenter.com: we will reply as soon as possible. You can also contact the Moroccan data protection authority (CNDP, www.cndp.ma).
8. Security
The website is served over HTTPS and the forms are protected against automated submissions. Access to requests is limited to the people who need it.
